There is a myth that people who are in shape love working out and are motivated all the time. Let me put this myth to rest right now. Everyone loses motivation, and sometime you just don't feel like working out, but you have a goal that you really want to hit, so you get it done. One of the best ways I've found to keep the motivation alive is to read quotes that inspire me to be greater and get it done!
